  1. ll Hazbin Hotel original character artwork, illustration, product photos, store logo, listing text, limited trading card graphic design and Blu-ray cover content displayed on flowlab Shopify site are protected under United States Copyright Law and international intellectual property treaties. All merchandise sold by FLOWLAB is produced under formal authorized commercial licensing; any unauthorized screenshot, copying, commercial reproduction, counterfeit production, editing or resale of store copyrighted materials without written official permission constitutes IP infringement, and we reserve all legal rights to claim financial compensation against violating parties.
  2. All promo card serial codes (PR-05, PR-10, PR-21~PR-24 etc.) and exclusive limited artwork belong to original copyright holder; illegal replica & forgery of our collectible trading card products is strictly prohibited by law.

2. Product Description Disclaimer 

  1. We strive to display accurate product color, dimension and appearance via official product shooting photos. Minor color aberration and tiny dimensional deviation between physical goods (acrylic, keychain, collectible card, apparel) and online pictures may exist due to screen resolution difference, ambient lighting and manual measuring error; such subtle discrepancies do not constitute product quality defects, all sales products shall prevail by actual received physical merchandise.
  2. All listed selling price, discount promotion and free-shipping threshold on website are subject to real-time checkout page display; FLOWLAB reserves the right to adjust pricing rules and promotion standards without prior individual notification to customers.

3. Force Majeure Liability Exemption 

FLOWLAB shall not be legally liable for order cancellation, production suspension, shipment delay or stock shortage arising from uncontrollable force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, nationwide epidemic restriction policies, US or overseas government import/export regulatory revision, port shutdown, factory shutdown, nationwide courier service suspension and other incidents beyond our reasonable business control. Under such circumstances, customers can select order postponement or full order refund without extra compensatory payment from our store.

4. Purchase Contract & Governing Law

  1. By completing payment and submitting orders on FLOWLAB official Shopify store, buyers confirm full reading, understanding and unconditional acceptance of the full Shipping Policy & Legal Disclaimer; each finished order forms legally binding sales contract between customer and FLOWLAB store.
  2. All store trading activities are governed under substantive laws of the United States; all purchase-related disputes shall be resolved via friendly negotiation first, unresolved disputes shall be submitted to competent local US court for final judgment.
  3. FLOWLAB reserves unilateral right to revise, update and supplement all shipping rules and legal statements periodically; updated terms take legal effect immediately after published on store official policy page for all newly placed orders post-revision release.
